1. Services Provided

Holy Wash provides professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, and roof cleaning. All service descriptions and pricing provided on the website are estimates. A final price will be confirmed only after a property assessment.

2. SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Program

We offer a mobile messaging program to provide you with service updates, quote confirmations, and scheduling reminders.

• User Opt-In: By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our website forms, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and transactional text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service requests.

• Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any mobile message from us. You will receive one final text confirming your unsubscribe.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the safety of your property and our team, the client agrees to:

• Ensure all windows and doors are tightly shut.

• Provide a working exterior water source.

• Remove fragile items, plants, or vehicles from the immediate work area.

• Keep pets and children indoors during the duration of the service.

4. Liability & Property Damage

Holy Wash is not responsible for damage due to:

• Improperly installed siding, loose shingles, or poorly sealed windows/doors.

• Pre-existing oxidation, wood rot, or sun-damaged surfaces that become visible after cleaning.

• Water intrusion caused by structural defects of the property.

• Organic or touch up paint not mentioned prior to job.

5. Payments & Cancellations

• Payments: Full payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. We reserve the right to charge a small service fee for “no-show” appointments where our team arrives and cannot access the property.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Holy Wash owns the intellectual property rights for all material on the website. You may access this for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United States. Holy Wash and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the state where the business is registered shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
